Smart Coats began serving the Connecticut area in 2012 when a client of ours from the Boston area asked us to complete a project on one of their properties in Hartford. Since then, we have bid on a wide range of projects for many different management companies throughout the Connecticut region. We have completed projects including renovations for hotel chains and apartment complexes. We are continuing to expand our services in the Connecticut area and we would be happy to discuss your needs and formulate a work scope that is within your budget.

After a particularly bad experience with the lowest bidder on our exterior painting job (shut down by the city for violating lead laws), Smart Coats came to the rescue. Ed worked everything out with the city to take over for the previous contractor and ensure that all regulations were followed. They did an amazing job removing many layers of old paint and re-painting our 1890 Victorian. I couldn’t recommend them more.
